When I first spoke to Diane Menard I was in a bad place with my house, I was behind on payments and owed more then the house was worth. Diane was still willing to meet with me and discuss my options and let me know what she could do for me. I was really impressed at how educated Diane was about the housing market and about the many options I did have, there was no question she could not answer for me in our first meeting. Soon my sign was up along with my Website, CD's and all the information books put forth to sell my home.
Since I was behind on payments we set-up my sale as a short sale, this proved to be anything but "short" for us due to the banks.
